Setting and description

The villa is situated 800 metres from Colle di Val d'Elsa.

Surrounded by 10.000 m² of enclosed fields abounding with olive trees, and by 3.000 m² of gardens and lawns with forest trees, oak trees, holm-oaks and testucchi, the shaded grounds provide the setting to relax on sun loungers, and a porch with tables and chairs.

The villa covers an area of about 240 square metres, the rooms with wood florings are furnished with antique furniture

• two double rooms on the ground floor
• two twin rooms, one on the ground floor, one in the mansard (in the upper part of the lounge)
